- Vante 3160 series TPE sealer produces consistent, quality seals on most TPE tubing used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This sealer is easy to clean, portable, and compact with a single-button operation that makes it easy to use and validate. The 3160 sealer is designed to work with two available sealing heads to create seals in tubes up to 0.750in outer diameter. The unique remote thin wall sealing head clamps and hangs from tubing for convenient use with manifold systems. The thick wall sealing head is designed for .0125in thick wall tubing. The device operates with a 100-240V, 50/60 Hz, CE-marked outlet (Compressed air required).
