BaneBio Standard 30-Day Warranty

BaneBio stands behind all of our products with our Standard 30-Day Warranty. Our Standard 30-Day Warranty is intended to provide our customers with some additional security and knowledge in the fact that all of our products are thoroughly cleaned, decontaminated and quality tested prior to shipment. If there is a problem with any product shipped, BaneBio, at our discretion, will authorize a service technician to perform on-site repairs, return the product to our facility for in-house depot repair or provide a replacement. If the repair of any product is deemed to be cost prohibitive or we are unable to provide an adequate replacement, BaneBio will refund 100% of the purchase price. In the event that any product purchased from BaneBio is damaged by user due to misuse, improper training, moving of product or an action beyond anyone’s control the warranty becomes null and void. BaneBio is not a manufacturer of any product we sell and therefore makes no warranties either expressed or implied on the manufacturers design or fitness for a particular purpose.

Customer Satisfaction

BaneBio stands behind all of our products and services and guarantees customer satisfaction in all transactions with our company. All technical/use information about available products is per manufacturer specification. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt then BaneBio will provide a 100 percent refund, no questions asked. Please contact our customer service department for return authorization.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed with BaneBio will be shipped by a common carrier of our choosing. We will always select the best carrier for the shipment based upon location and product being shipped in order to ensure your shipment is delivered on time and undamaged. If you have a preferred carrier of choice and would like for BaneBio to utilize your shipper, please be sure to mention this at the time of order placement and be prepared to supply us with the appropriate account numbers. We are able to ship via most small package carriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, et al) and most LTL carriers. All shipments from BaneBio are shipped FOB Origin. In freight on board (FOB) Origin or freight on board basing contracts, title transfers immediately upon shipment leaving our facility.

Returns

Thanks for shopping at BaneBio. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to return an item . To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items can be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a specified amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
