- The CBS Liquid Nitrogen Freezer V1500-AB is a unique LN2 Storage system leveraging a jacket of liquid nitrogen to increase space and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. By containing LN2 between the chamber walls, the Isothermal series can maintain a uniform temperature throughout the chamber and eliminate the risk of liquid nitrogen leaking into the samples. Containing LN2 this way increases user safety while adding more storage space since you don’t need to accommodate the liquid at the bottom. Dry storage also means that splashing or contact with the liquid is eliminated.
- The Liquid Nitrogen Storage Freezer V1500-AB holds 30 liters with a 5 liter/day evaporation rate and a 6-day static hold time. The interior will hold a maximum vial capacity of 9100 2ml or 434 50 mL blood bags.
- The CBS Liquid Nitrogen Freezer V1500-AB features a wide opening for quickly retrieving racks, meaning less exposure time. The Lid and control panel have locking capabilities to protect samples and accidental tampering. The Isothermal LN2 system also features digital control with autofill, giving users an overview of the temperature statuses and performance. The alarm system of this LN2 cryogenic freezer has remote contacts and monitors all aspects of the operation.
