- Condenser: long working distance condenser with a 50mm working distance to accommodate standard petri dishes and culture flasks
- Phase contrast system: utilizes a slider slot system. The CK2-SPC slider contains rings for 10x and 20x phase objectives, plus an open slot for brightfield microscopy
